Crèche Fees are to be paid 2 weeks in advance. Fees are still paid on Public Holidays as staff must be paid on those days.

Procedure for payment of fees
Fees must be paid two weeks in advance. Fees are to be paid on child’s first day of care for that week. To fall more than two weeks in arrears will place your child’s place at the centre at risk.
Parents to pay by cheque or direct debit (cheques can be posted into the wall safe through the external deposit facility located on the left hand side of the office).

Please note cheque payments must be made before 12pm.
Late pick up fee
A late fee will be charged for children being picked up after 6.00pm. Late fee is $5 for the first 5 minutes after 6.00pm… then $10 for every 5 minutes after that.
Late fee payable on the spot or the next day care of care.
Thank you for your co/operation
A further penalty of $100 will apply if you have been late 3 times in the one year. If the policy is not adhered to, your child’s place at the centre will be cancelled.
